When will orders ship?
Orders generally ship same day if received prior to 3pm EST. Orders received after 3pm EST or orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. For more information please see our shipping policies.
How do I return an order?
If you need to return an item please send an email to: info@shopgilbertandevans.com with the subject "Return Request" and include the following:
Order Number: __________
Customer Name: ________
Return Reason: _________
Once we approve the return you will receive a prepaid return label. For additional information on returns please see our returns policies.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order prior to shipping please call us at (800) 450-8657 or email us at info@shopgilbertandevans.com with a subject of "Order Cancel" and provide us the the order number and your name. If the order has shipped you will need to submit a return request.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item for a new size please email us at info@shopgilbertandevans.com with a subject of "Exchange" and include the following:
Order Number: __________
Customer Name: ________
New Size or Color: _______
Currently we are only able accept exchanges for the same item in a new size or color. If you need to exchange an item for a different item please fill out a return request and process a new order.
